Peace enforcement4-channel IR sound-installation
2014
This sound installation was created as part of the project Beyond Visual Range - an artistic intervention in the Museum of the Armed Forces in Moscow.
The installation space, made from empty museum display cases, is filled with infrared signals transmitting a range of acoustic testimonies from the Five-day war with Georgia in 2008, which led to the establishment of a pro-Russian puppet regime in South Ossetia. 
In Russia, this operation is called Peace enforcement.
